2 · What happens after we receive your notice
Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will:
- Remove the affected episode(s) from the kuroko.cc catalog within 24 hours
- Block the specific upstream provider from being fanned-out to for that anime
- Hold the cache of removed streams for 7 days for audit purposes, then purge them permanently
- Reply to you confirming the action taken
We do not host, store, or transmit any video content ourselves. All streams are reverse-proxied from third-party upstream providers via signed tokens. Removing the catalog entry immediately breaks the proxy chain.
3 · Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Include the same identification information plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a federal court. We will restore the content within 14 business days unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action.
4 · Repeat infringers
We maintain a list of upstream providers that have received valid takedown notices. Providers with three or more valid notices are permanently removed from the fan-out rotation.
